Will Nocturne fix my neck pain?
Nocturne is a comfort pillow, not a medical device. It's designed to support your neck and keep your head from dropping or tilting while you sleep, which is a common reason people wake up stiff. If your pain is severe, follows an injury or surgery, or comes with numbness or tingling, please talk to your doctor or physical therapist first.
I sleep on my side. Will it work for me?
Yes. Nocturne was shaped for side and back sleepers. On your side, rest your neck on the raised edge and let your shoulder sit below the rounded wing. On your back, your head settles into the lower center. Stomach sleepers may find it too tall.
How firm is it?
Soft and supportive. Your head sinks in comfortably, and your neck stays supported all night without the pillow going flat. It's softer than the hard foam contour blocks a lot of people return. The memory foam slowly takes your shape and holds it until morning.
Why does night one feel strange?
Your neck is used to your old pillow. Real support under the curve of your neck feels unfamiliar for a few nights. Give it about a week before you decide. You have 30 nights, so there's no rush.
Does memory foam have a smell when it arrives?
New memory foam can have a light "new" smell from being packed. Unzip the cover and let the pillow air out in a ventilated room for 24 to 48 hours.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover and machine-wash it cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Don't wash the foam. Just spot clean it if needed.
Can I travel with it?
